AASS – Advocacy Awareness & Sustainable Services Organization is organizing a 3 Days Event “Bridging Pakistan, A Roadmap to Drive Innovation & Investment for Pakistan” in April 2024 at Pak China Friendship Centre, Islamabad. The overarching objective of the proposed Conference is to bring together all relevant stakeholders, including policy experts, sector experts, chamber of commerce, business associations, investors and business community, academia, media, and young people, from within and outside Pakistan to raise the profile of this initiative “SIFC Single Window Facility”, highlight the investment potential and facilitate collaborations for greater innovations and investments in these priority sectors.
The Event will provide the opportunity for potential investors and other stakeholders to share their experiences and knowledge, and engage with policymakers and sector experts to address their concerns on the recent reforms being promoted by the GOP in improving ease of doing business and addressing potential bottlenecks.
Considering the above challenges, the Conference is planned to promote a paradigm shift in the investment landscape of Pakistan, whereby investors and other relevant stakeholders have greater trust and confidence on measures and initiative taken by the the GOP through single-window and wider set of initiatives. This event will focus on 4 sectors: Agriculture, Mining, Information Technology (IT) and Energy.
The 3 Days Conference will comprise of Briefing Sessions, Policy Dialogues, Consultative Sessions, Discussions and Information Desks/ Displays of National & International Brands related to SIFC Sectors. The 3 Days Event will be attended by more than 6000 persons comprising Business Community, Investors, Media Members, Policymakers, Overseas Pakistanis, Youth & Academia and Members of chambers from all Parts of Pakistan. The key sessions of the event will also be publicized for wider dissemination, including dedicated sessions for overseas Pakistanis. In addition, every key event will be followed by a policy brief and corresponding article in both English and Urdu newspapers.
