AASS Foundation is strengthening Women through Hunarmand Khwateen Program. The Program is focusing on Women Skill Development Trainings & Micro Enterprise Development.  AASS Foundation is providing vocational Trainings in the in the areas of Tailoring, Embroidery, Fashion Designing, Glass Painting, Beautician and other market based short courses. The project is also helping women to initiate small home based businesses through Cash and In-kind Support. AASS foundation has supported a number of 2200 + Women during last 3 years under the project.

The Project includes:

1. Skill Development Trainings in different trades.
2. Cash/ In-kind Support to  Widows/ Vulnerable Women to initiate home based small business.
3. Enterprise Development & Business Plan Development .
4. Trade Expos & Exposure Visits.
5. Awareness on Rights Based issues through community meetings, Seminars & Trainings.
