Under his leadership as Chairman of the Finance Committee, Sardar Mansoor Hayat Tamman initiated One-Window Operations at the Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan (ADBP) and Agricultural lending was also introduced through the commercial banking portfolio. The disbursement amount for farmers was significantly increased.
